They have antioxidant properties, since they contain omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, while their contents in saturated fatty acids are low. Minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, copper and vitamins B6, E and K are included in its nutrients list. They are great as a snack, sprinkled on top of Greek yogurt with honey, as well as added in salads and cous cous dishes.
