Troufaplus was created in order to introduce the value of truffles, the diamond of the kitchen as French Brillat-Savarin once called them, to the Greek public. As a result of Troufaplus’ many years experience  in the areas of wild truffles and truffle cultivation, a series of unique products was introduced that bring the wonderful taste of Greek truffles to every kitchen table.


Balsamic vinegar with white truffle gives a unique aroma and taste once added in salads. It makes a wonderful vinaigrette sauce and accompanies perfectly dishes of meat and poultry.
