Troufaplus was created in order to introduce the value of truffles, the diamond of the kitchen as French Brillat-Savarin once called them, to the Greek public. As a result of Troufaplus’ many years experience  in the areas of wild truffles and truffle cultivation, a series of unique products was introduced that bring the wonderful taste of Greek truffles to every kitchen table.

 

The black truffle oil is a unique seasoning for soups, risotto, salad dressings. Ideal flavouring for meat such as beef fillet, chicken and duck.
