A sparkling clean Roditis from some 50 years old vines on the slopes of Aigialea (altitude of 750-800m) in the Peloponnese. This natural wine carries some of the best characteristics of this variety that we have come across yet. Fragrant with a beautiful crispness and aromas of soft pear and unripe peach, it lends itselft beautifully to any food occasion.
