Our pitted Green olives are produced using strict organic methods, are hand picked when still unripe and are cured using natural methods (no chemical processing). This gives them a firm but juicy flesh and full natural taste.

They can be used in salads, sauces, pizza or to accompany drinks. They are ideal for cooking (try them in a lemony casserole or a tajine) as their flesh remains firm.
