The Amfissa olives are a very popular table olive variety from central Greece that can be identified by their round shape. Our Amfissa olives are produced using strict organic methods, are hand picked when still unripe and are cured using natural methods (no chemical processing). This gives them a firm but juicy flesh and full natural taste which is only enhanced by the addition of fresh herbs in the brine mix where they are kept.


They can be used in salads, sauces or to accompany drinks. They are ideal for cooking as well (try them in a lemony casserole or a tajine) as their flesh remains firm.
