The Kir Yianni Paranga is a very aromatic wine, showing an expressive character of red fruit and spicy notes. The varietal composition is Merlot (50%), Xinomavro (25%) and Syrah (25%) from selected contracted vineyards in Northwestern Greece. It does not undergo oak ageing but stays for 8 months in a stainless steel tank and 1 month in the bottle. The Paranga wine is rich and refreshing, meant to be enjoyed fresh paired with an endless range of tasty dishes including pasta, vegetarian dishes and barbecued delights.
