Description

These beans are ideal to use in soups and salads. These are the beans used for one of the most traditional Greek recipes; Fasolada.

 

They are low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. They are a good source of fiber, protein, folate, iron, magnesium and potassium, and a very good source of manganese.
