This is a unique product brought to you by Stater – Greek Artisans. The wild capers are collected from plants that grow in remote rocky areas of the cycladic islands. Contrary to many types of capers, these are not preserved in a liquid or vinegar preparation which allows them to retain their crunchy texture and full taste. Only  salt is used for their preservation which you can rinse off if you find to be too much.


These are certainly the best capers that we have tried here at Isle of Olive. Use it on you fava dish, in fish garnish, in salads, pasta sauces or as a pizza topping. Once you have tried it, you will know what real capers are like..
