The Cretan Tsounati olives (traditionally called “Kolympades” in Crete) are small-sized green olives with firm flesh and great taste. They are cured traditionally without any chemicals or preservatives. They can accompany any salad or cooked dish. They are very well suited as the garnish for a martini cocktail.
