Description

A plant that originates from the rich in calcium Mediterranean coasts, sprinkled by the saltiness of the sea and the dry climate. It has a very strong spicy ‘balsamic’ taste that is pleasantly bitter.

 

Culinary suggestion: try it in recipes with stewed poultry or lamb marinated with wine. It also goes very well with beef.
